Birthday Weekend in Santa Barbara

For my 25th birthday, I spent the weekend in Santa Barbara.  We went horseback riding on the beach, saw Mission Santa Barbara, Botanical Gardens and the Courthouse.  We also saw downtown Santa Barbara and drove on the pier in the harbor at Stearn's Wharf.  At the end of the weekend, my friend and I went to this little dutch town called Solvang.  On our drive there, we made a stop at Ostrichland.  This little spot in the middle of the desert, you can feed ostriches and emus.  It was an interesting experience as well as a smelly one.  They aren't the nicest animals.  Made it to Solvang, super cute town where I had a Smorgasbord for lunch.  Overall, awesome birthday and I was able to check a lot of things off my bucket list!
