Shamrock Pub

Since moving to Sarasota, I've been wanting to check out places where the locals hang out, not just the tourist spots.  My friend invited to a pub near downtown that has darts but doesn't have liquor.  This was sad news for me because I usually only drink rum.  Luckily they had hard cider that was actually pretty good.  One tasted just like apple juice.  The bartender made my night and the experience.  Best part about this hidden gem....complementary cheese balls!

Mom Visits Florida and Eli's Birthday

Last month was a very busy for me.....first dad comes to visit, then mom flies in and my nephews 6th birthday.  So great seeing everyone but one weekend is just not enough!  Everyone can come back to Sarasota now please!
